SalonX General Information:    ATX has developed an intelligent Salon Management Solution which has the ability to keep track of all your Clients, Employees, Expenditures, and etc.  SalonX features remarkable Client Tracking that stores detailed information on every Client that enters your Salon.   Client Tracking is a must in this industry but you  need the right tools for the job.  SalonX stores the Clients profile picture, appointment history,  purchase history,  gift card purchases,  formulas used,  and details on every visit.  SalonX was developed using 2008 - 2009 technology so you won't have to worry about compatibility.  We also offer lifetime unlimited updates for all of our users.
 
Scheduling Features:  SalonX is one of the most sophisticated salon scheduling systems available today. Once you save the Clients personal information you can then schedule there appointment as easy as clicking a button. Remember once the Client has been registered @ your Salon they will not have to give you there details every visit. All appointments can be color coded for each of the following: Un-Confirmed, Confirmed, Canceled, Call Back, and many more. For Example, If the Client calls and says can you move my appointment from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Check for available space and if available just simply drag and drop appointment f to 11:00AM without re-entering the appointment. All appointments have the option of reminding the Reseptionist before Client arrives. This can be set from 5 min before appointment to over 2 weeks, and this is optional on every appointment.  SalonX has the ability to auto confirm your Clients appointments via SMS & Email.  These services are provided free of service charge and these feature is completely configurable through the control panel.  As a user of SalonX you can set the time interval on each appointment between 5min or 3 Weeks.  So if you have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow set to 1Day and the Client will recieve the confirmation message 1 day before his/her appointment.


Point Of Sale:  SalonX has a built-in Point Of Sale system that is very user friendly and that is very hard to find these days. One of the best POS features is that you can use a barcode scanner to checkout all your products and services. This decreases the margin of mistakes & errors caused by fast paced Salon eviroment. Another great feature is their is no training required to use SalonX POS system, and that saves your company time & money. While Clients checking out the POS system will calulate the exact amount of commission due to the Employee that initiated the sale. Employees commission can be payed imediatly or by: day, month, year, & quarterly via performance reports. All transactions are saved for history and refunds to ensure you accurately execute a refund or exchange.


Inventory Management:  SalonX includes an Inventoy Management System that is not complicated and confusing. You can seamlessly update products in IMS by simply scanning them in via barcode scanner or type in the barcode lable. The IMS has a built-in notification system that will notify you of items that are completely out of stock, items running low on stock, or you can customize when IMS should notify you. The POS will automatically deduct scanned items out of the inventory so you can avoid user errors, and if your not using a barcode scanner it will still auto deduct Inventory. Employee Management:  SalonX includes a simple but effective Employee Management System.  One of the greatest features in SalonX Employee Manager is you can store not only there Contact Information but a picture of each Employee.  If you do not have a picture to upload for that Employee you can take advantage of our default fun smiley pictures.  When running a Salon it is important to Manage your Stylist/Employees and with SalonX you can customize which employees can be displayed in scheduler.  For more details please view our screen shots or contact us.
